Peaches & Cream Ice Cream

This is a lower calorie ice cream recipe. The Peach Clear American is a zero calorie drink and the Fairlife milk is ultra-filtered to have reduced fat and sugar. An 8 ounce serving has ~ 195 calories, 10 g protein, 4 g fat, and 29 g carbs.

For full container of ice cream:

• 24 oz Peach flavored Clear American

• 1.5 cup sugar

• 1 tbsp corn starch

• 1.5 tbsp vanilla extract

• 3 large eggs

• 65 oz Fairlife 2% ultra-filtered milk

Cut the ingredients in half to make 1/2 container of ice cream:

• 12 oz Peach flavored Clear American

• 3/4 cup sugar

• 2 tsp corn starch

• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

• 2 large eggs

• 32 oz Fairlife 2% ultra-filtered milk
