Smoked Turkey Breasts
Brine the turkey, if desired. (Apple Cider Brine recipe)
Remove the turkey from the brine and pat dry.
Season with salt and pepper (or your favorite seasoning).
Cook at 275°F until for ~ 3 hrs until you have a nice brown color (internal temp is around 160-165°F).
Let rest for ~30 minutes.
