Chorizo Black Beans
Follow the directions on the bag of black beans for quick soak method.
Put black beans, chicken broth, Rotel, onions, and peppers in a large pot on the stove and simmer for approximately 1 hour.
Add the chorizo, garlic, and brown sugar and continue to cook until the black beans are tender.

32 oz chicken broth
1 can Rotel Mexican Style lime & cilantro diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
3 serrano peppers, minced
5 oz chorizo sausage
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp light brown sugar
